is made with low-gluten Caputo flour, fresh yeast, and imported sea salt. Mixed by hand on a marble surface, our crusts taste like freshly baked bread – ready within 90 seconds.

Enjoy your own delicious 13" pie with knife and fork or fold yours in half, “libretto” style like on the streets of Naples.

we use only organic San Marzano tomatoes, picked at their peak ripeness for low acidity and a natural sweetness that caramelizes in intense heat. 

We import all our prosciutto, sopressata, and mortadella meats; Fontinella, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and Caciocavallo cheeses; and red and white wines from Campania.

True to tradition, our Mozzarella di Bufala is handmade from the delicious milk of water buffalo raised in the Campania region of southern Italy.

captures the healthy essence of simple and pure Italian food preparation. At Pizzeria Marzano, we are committed to using only the freshest and highest quality natural ingredients. 

We buy locally grown, in-season produce and fresh herbs direct from local farmers and purveyors whenever possible.

We roast all our fresh vegetables every day in our wood-fire oven. All dressings are handmade from scratch, and healthy salads are made to order.
