ROMAN STYLE PIZZA FROM NONNA'S KITCHEN TO YOURS!
This Roman style Pizza Dough undergoes a lengthy fermentation process
(72-99 hours) to achieve its delicate structure. A crisp bottom crust topped by a light, airy dough, laced with delicate holes. It is crunchy yet light and bubbly, and known for it's digestibility. To master this technique we trained with Pizzaiolo from Rome, Italy to help perfect this recipe.
